About

My name is Dobromir Kraychev and Proviz is my personal platform for delivering professional visualization services tailored to the real estate sector. With a passion for architectural storytelling, I use the latest technology and techniques to create media that supports the sales and marketing efforts of companies. I help real estate developers communicate the value of their projects effectively to potential customers and help them find clients quickly and easily.

The Journey

As an architect by education, I wanted to learn how to present my personal projects effectively. I believed mastering visualization was essential for success in architecture. This belief led me to join Artec, where I began my career as an Architectural Visualizer under the mentorship of Dimitar Rashkov.

2006: The Beginning

Rapid Growth

Talent and dedication led to significant progress early in my career. Within a year, I became a valuable member of the team. After several years of growth, I became a co-founder of Redvertex in 2008, marking a milestone in my professional journey.

2009: The Birth of Proviz

After a year at Redvertex, I realized the partnership was not aligning with my expectations. I made the difficult decision to leave without conditions and continue serving my clients independently. Together with Svetlin, a former co-founder, I established Proviz, short for Professional Visualization, to continue my work in architectural visualization.

2009-2011: Co Freelancing

Svetlin and I operated as freelancers under the Proviz brand, sharing expenses for running a company. In 2011, Svetlin launched his own company, leaving me as the sole owner of Proviz.

2011-2015: Scaling Up and Downfall

As my client base grew, I hired a team to handle larger projects. Without a formal business plan, challenges arose, including financial and cash flow issues. By 2015, I closed the physical office, and the team disbanded. Despite setbacks, I fulfilled all outstanding obligations and decided to operate Proviz as a personal brand for freelance architectural visualization work

2016: Transition to Kompan A/S

In 2016 I joined Kompan A/S as Visualization Manager, focusing on play and outdoor fitness domain.

Current Focus

I believe video animations are the most effective medium for marketing and sales in the real estate industry. My current focus is on producing high-quality animations that bring unbuilt architecture to life.
